Another similar tip I use - this one for cancellation dates for hotel rooms. I send myself a delayed delivery email that reads something along the lines of &quot;today is the last day to cancel the hotel room in (city) for (conference)&quot;, and set it to the day before the cancellation policy. (It&#039;s always good to take into account your boss&#039;s untimely response!) This way, no matter where I am, I get this email on my iphone, and can immediately forward it to my boss.</description>
