		<description>One thing I like to remind folks is tht it doesn&#039;t hurt to ask to go to trainings.&#160; All the boss can do is say no.&#160; But usually, they like to have an employee who stays on top of their skills.&#160; So look at what you&#039;d like to work on, whether it&#039;s a software skill or time management or phone etiquette, and then look for classes to attend.&#160; This is something that is good to talk over with your boss at evaluation time as well.&#160; What goals does she have for you over the next year and what kind of classes will help you meet that goal.&lt;br&gt;</description>

		<description>Continued training is indeed very important. One should never stop learning in the field they&#039;re working in. I&#039;ve found most companies are willing to pay for seminars and classes when it&#039;s relevant and necessary.The tough one is when you&#039;re working for yourself in you&#039;re own small business. There&#039;s still other resources though.
