Slides that stick

By Jodith | Aug 4, 2008

How do you keep the audience from snoozing during your boss’s presentation? As an administrative assistant, you are often called upon to create PowerPoint presentations for your boss, and if you’ve produced as many PowerPoint presentations as I have you know that keeping them fresh and interesting is always a challenge.

Last week I came across this site:

This blog has tips for making your presentations stand out. I’m still poring through all of his posts, learning things I’d never known before. I mean, yes, I know how to use PowerPoint to create a presentation, but this site is all about the design of the slides.  Needless to say, I’ve added his RSS feed to my google reader.

When you’ve finished perusing it, send the link to your boss. He could probably get some good tips from it as well.
