		<description>Love your post! &#160;I&#039;ve been reading this blog for the past few months but this post was particularly interesting to me.&#160;I co-own a computer consulting business with my husband and I run the admin/marketing side. &#160; We provide computer support and maintenance services to other small businesses. &#160;It runs the gamut from server installations to automated maintenance and management of an entire network. &#160; I have some suggestions on how businesses can save money on your IT costs:1) Have an outsourced IT company (like ours, of course!) rather than an in-house IT Director.&#160; This is especially cost-effective for the 60 user or fewer business environments.2)&#160; Run 24x7 automated management, monitoring &amp; maintenance program on the network that does all the tasks mentioned in the post so that you get guaranteed defrags, anti-virus protection, temp file deletion, etc.&#160; This is a very reasonable cost.&#160; (Note:&#160; If you want to try this for free for 30 days, log onto our website at www.axicom.net and sign up for the AxiGuard program.&#160; Test drive before buying to see what&#039;s out there!&#160; Since it&#039;s a remote service, it&#039;s not location specific.)3) Turn off your computer on the weekends.4)&#160; Run VMWare on your server to save on energy consumption.</description>
