Do you want to send out an e-mail at a particular time? You could set up a task to remind you at the right time. Or, you could go ahead and write the e-mail and schedule the time for it to be sent.
First, of course, write your e-mail and make sure it is addressed properly.
Next, click on the Options button on your toolbar (or click on View and then Options on the menu bar):
Check the box next to “Do not deliver before” and fill in the date and time you want it sent:
Click “Close”.
Click “Send”.
That’s it. Exchange server does the rest and sends the e-mail on the appropriate date at the appropriate time.
Scheduling an E-mail - this was great I wasn’t aware I could do this. This is a big help - I’m an engineering admin and I have things that I need to send out that I have done but can’t send out yet as I need to wait till a certain date - this will help me do it and schedule it to go out and I can keep on doing what I’m good at and that’s taking care of my engineers.
