		<description>I agree with what you describe, an employer usually sees only 10-15 seconds to see the resumes of job seekers, and the visits are usually educational background, and competence, may be those who have the educational background and good competence can not make A good resume, and of course it also affects the chance to work at the company he enjoys.

		<description>To stand out in a crowded job market, (in addition to the excellent advice in this post) I recommend that your resume list your relevant accomplishments instead of job duties and responsibilities. Most importantly, list the quantifiable results (if possible) that resulted from your achievements.</description>

		<description>Thanks for your comment!  Yes, I learned the hard way a number of years ago that in a tight employment market, you&#039;re resume really has to stand out.  I was lucky to have an interview with someone who pointed out the difficiencies in my resume and recommended ways to improve it.</description>
