Notary Services

Administrative Arts offers Licensed, Bonded and Insured Notary services in Whatcom County, Washington.  We provide normal notary services as well as acting as  Notary Signing Agents for title companies and Signing Agencies.

Located in Custer, just six miles south of the Canadian border, we are especially accessible for North Whatcom County  and Canadian clients.

Mobile Notary Fees

Mobile Notary services require a travel fee of $25 for the first 20 miles round trip plus $10 per signature or copy notarized.  Additional mileage is charged at $.75 per mile.

Waiting fees are $30 per 15 minutes.  The first 15 minutes are included in the above fees; after that, time is rounded up to the next 15 minutes.

Event fees are the same as above, with the waiting time fees applying to time at the event.

Mobile Notary Services are available 24/7 by appointment only.  Outside of the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., an additional $25.00 night fee applies.

Notary Services are on a cash only basis.

Canadian Services

If you are Canadian and need US documents notarized, we can meet you near the border to provide US notary services.  Notary Fees are the same as above.  We usually meet Canadian clients at the below locations:
