Hourly
Rates |
$30.00 per
hour billed in 15 minute increments. We have a
minimum charge of 1 hour per weekly billing cycle.

Retainer
Plan |
If you know
you'll need a minimum number of hours each month, then
you can sign up for our Retainer Plan at a discounted
hourly rate. Retainer Plans must be paid in
advance by the 1st of each month. Any service
hours over the contracted number will be charged at the
normal hourly rate. Contracted hours do not carry
over from month to month.
- 10 hours per month receives a 5% discount
- 20 hours per month receives an 8% discount
- 30 hours per month receives a 10% discount

Discount |
Non-profit
(503-c) agencies will receive a 20% discount on hourly
rates.

Additional
Charges |
Mileage will
be billed at 50¢ per mile.
Project supply costs will be billed at cost.

Special
Projects |
For large
projects, please contact us for a quote for supplies and
labor. We require a deposit of 50% of the total
cost of the project up front, with the remainder due at
project completion.

Billing |
Services are
billed weekly (except for hours on the Retainer Plan).
We accept payment by Check or Money Order, or by Credit
Card via PayPal. All invoices are due within 30
days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur
a late payment fee of 5%. |
